Past Psychological horror Movies

Some of the most successful of this genre include the saw series, The Blair witch project and the recent hit, paranormal activity, said to be the scariest movie of 2009. If all these movies have done so well, something must be right! Even some of the oldest Psychological horror movies had done well when released. The reason for this is that it’s open to interpretation, and they don’t some hideous unbelievable animal after them. The key reason to why movies of these genres do so well is due to the fact that it triggers audiences mind, makes them question and raises enigmas which intrigues them to keep watching and hopefully by the end of the movie be able to come to a conclusion which unravel these enigmas.

Most of the thriving movies are those which are said to be based on true events, also by having no unbelievable scary monster after the characters the audiences are able to feel that the movie is more realistic and present some sort of discomfort for the audiences.

Today I’m Alice is therefore, we believe a really good idea, which with the perfect lighting and sound can achieve this effective result that movies in the past have done. By protagonist contains characteristics which some audiences may feel they can relate to, or can make people more aware of the on goings of people’s lives and portray that there’s more to some people than meets the eye.
